Delta Folding 101 Standard Plastic back and seat are manufactured from original copolymer raw material by injection method, and the metal parts are manufactured from 25 Qx2 mm steel pipe. Color pigments with maximum light fastness are used, and color fading and chalking are prevented with UV and Antioxidant additives. Its combustion is delayed with FR additive. This feature is documented with the UL 94 – V2 report. The folding mechanism works with the center of gravity and is hidden inside the sheet metal. The polyamide material used in the mechanism prevents deformation of the folding mechanism and the sound during closing. It has orthopedic seating feature. It has a structure that does not disturb the back and legs. There is an Oval number space on the back of the seat. The metal parts were cleaned by sandblasting the entire surface before the painting process. It is first coated with primer paint and then with outdoor paint. It has been subjected to 500 hours of salt water mist testing for corrosion. The metal parts are specially produced according to the height of the steps to which they will be attached, providing a seating height of 45 cm. It can be produced with 3-point dock mounting, common feet on the floor, L-connection on low steps or with armrests.
