Elit Y50 Seat and Back Units The seat and back units of the seats are designed in accordance with human anatomy and are manufactured from polyurethane material in aluminum molds with 50+-10% density and in accordance with Mvss 302 fire standards. There is a durable internal skeleton made of metal profile inside the seat and back pads. The seating parts of the seats have a spring mechanism that allows them to close automatically. Supporting Legs and Armrests: The leg connection parts of the seats are made of pipe with a diameter of 100 mm and 2.5 mm wall thickness, and the connection parts to the floor are made of at least 2 mm thick sheet metal, which is shaped by molding to gain strength. Armrests are made of MDF material on a metal frame and covered with laminated fabric or leather. A polished wooden armrest made of beech material and a concealable wooden writing pad are mounted on the armrests. The armrests between rows of seats are used in common. The seats are fixed to the floor with a single leg using suitable fasteners. Fabric / Artificial Leather The fabric and artificial leather to be upholstered are resistant to friction, flame retardant and colorfast. The seat and back cushions of the seats are manufactured completely upholstered with fabric or leather with the specified specifications.
