Product Description

Star 101 Standard is produced from original polyethylene raw material by blow molding method. It has an easy-to-clean textured patterned surface structure. There is a logo area on the back. The automatic folding system works thanks to the center of gravity. It is mounted on the dock with a single piece of laser cut 5mm thick sheet metal. The metal parts were cleaned by sandblasting the entire surface before the painting process. It is first coated with primer paint and then with outdoor paint. It has been subjected to 500 hours of salt water mist testing for corrosion.
