Trend S30 Seat and Back Units The seat and back units of the seats are designed in accordance with human anatomy and are manufactured from polyurethane material in aluminum molds with 50+-10% density and in accordance with Mvss 302 fire standards. There is a durable internal skeleton made of metal profile inside the seat and back pads. The seating parts of the seats have a center of gravity mechanism that will allow them to close automatically. Supporting Legs and Armrests. The legs of the seats are manufactured from a box profile measuring 40 x 60 x 1.5 mm, and the connection parts to the floor are made of at least 2 mm thick sheet metal, formed by molding to gain strength. The armrest bottoms are made of MDF material and covered with laminated fabric or leather. An armrest with an impact-resistant plastic cup is mounted on the armrests. The armrests between rows of seats are used in common. The seats are fixed to the floor with two legs with suitable fasteners. Fabric / Artificial Leather The fabric and artificial leather to be upholstered are resistant to friction, flame retardant and colorfast. The seat and back cushions of the seats are manufactured with fabric or leather of the specified specifications and are fully upholstered in fabric.
